RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items. 

Exchanges

Returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items may be made up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to send back, and the item(s) and size(s) that you would like to exchange for. We cannot guarantee items will be in stock to make an exchange; be sure to look at alternative selections.

If you'd like to exchange or return an item, please fill out and include the following form with your returned order. Orders that do not include this form will not be processed.

Returns

If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that all sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke will not be accepted under any circumstance.

In Store

You may return or exchange items bought through our online store at our physical retail locations. Please bring your packing slip or the receipt which was emailed to you when you placed your order and we will gladly assist you!

You may exchange an item bought in-store by filling out our Return & Exchange form and shipping back to our Warehouse. Please include a copy of the purchase receipt with your items. Items purchased in-store do not qualify for free return shipping. We are unable to process refunds for store-bought items through the mail. Refunds for items purchased in store must be made at the original store of purchase. 

Store return & exchange policy may differ from online policy and by location.
